The Law society for ULAW's Nottingham campus has been set up by students who have a keen interest in expanding their legal network and knowledge.
We hope to provide a range of talks and activities that will be interesting and useful to undergraduates and postgraduates alike, covering a wide range of legal areas.
We also aim to build social connections for those on different courses by holding a range of events and activities throughout the year.
Talking Legal is aimed at all law students looking to gain experience in researching and presenting the law. The main focus of the society is to create informative and engaging content to make school students and community groups aware of their legal rights and responsibilities.
We will also be hosting virtual skills workshops and training sessions throughout the year to enable the members of the society to gain confidence and work together to develop their own creative presentations.
