We require your full name and email address to verify your status as a current staff member or student. We require your nominee’s full name for the same reason.
The information you submit will be stored on the JotForm EU servers until Monday 29th March 2021. After this date, the data will be deleted from the servers and downloaded to the internal ULaw servers, while the shortlisting process takes place.
We will retain your nominations for up to three years for data monitoring processes.
By completing this survey you agree to us collecting and storing this information. Any appeals to this usage of your information can be directed to the email address below.
